In-Home Services

Family Partners Home Care serves the needs of anyone who requires non-medical assistance with everyday tasks to help them live independently in their home. "Home" can be a person's or family member's house, a senior apartment or residence, a rehabilitation facility, a nursing home or anywhere the person considers their home to be.

Our clients range from seniors who are "aging in place" to people living with long-term disabilities or recuperating from an injury or hospital stay to new mothers and working parents.

We offer affordable rates and flexible scheduling---from three hours to 24 hours a day, from one day a week to seven days a week. We work closely with you to create a customized plan and schedule tailored to your specific needs. You can use Family Partners as your primary caregiver or as a temporary or occasional home care solution.

Our Services

Following is a sample of the types of services we provide. Please ask us about services you may require that are not listed here.

In-Home Care for the Elderly - Family Partners provides the full spectrum of in-home services that allow people to age in place gracefully, with the comfort, control and independence we all want for ourselves and our loved ones.

Recuperative Care - Recovering from surgery, illness or an automobile accident can take time as well as a toll on both the patient and the person caring for them. Enlisting Family Partners to help with everyday tasks in the home can go a long way in helping families stay on top of things throughout the recovery process and getting everyone back on track.

Care for People with Physical Limitations - For people with long-term disabilities---such as those who are confined to a wheelchair or who require continuing care---living with a sense of independence and dignity is crucial. Family Partners will create a personalized plan of services so you can manage everyday tasks as easily as possible.

Respite Care - Caring for someone over time can be overwhelming, especially if they suffer from conditions such as Alzheimer's disease or dementia. Our respite services range from light housekeeping and meal preparation to personal grooming and companionship. It's a great way for family caregivers to take a temporary but much needed break to recharge their batteries without disrupting the care of a loved one.

Assistance for New Mothers and Working Parents - The birth of a baby is a wonderful event, but it can also be overwhelming to new parents who suddenly find themselves juggling a host of new responsibilities often with little or no sleep. We provide a helping hand with everyday chores so you are free to focus on your "happy event." Family Partners' services work equally well for working parents with young children. If you are a working parent, we can fill the gaps in caring for your child when you can't be there.
